Entering the Awards

Entries are now open

The Digital Media Awards are open to all organisations and individuals involved in the digital media sector in Ireland.

Entries must be done via the online entry system but you can send any supporting material to Hannah Bates, Digital Media Awards, 57-59 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay. Dublin 2.

Entries are €130 +VAT each or four entries for the price of three at €390 + VAT. The Digital Student Award is free to enter.

Entry deadline is the 19th of November 2011

While most works entered in the Digital Media Awards are online, some are offline on DVD, CD-ROMs disk or other platforms. Entrants must provide event organisers with two hard copies which will then be sent to judges. Please note that we can not return these afterwards.

Award trophies and certificates

The Digital Media Awards are granted at three levels. Entries that receive the highest average score from the judges within that category are awarded the ‘Best in Industry’ Digital Media Award and will receive a personalised trophy. The remaining entries will then be judged with the top three receiving gold, silver and bronze certificates. These winners will receive a personalised certificate of achievement.

Other benefits of being involved include:

  • Each finalist will have a hyperlink to their website on the Awards website.
  • Each finalist will receive a certificate of achievement.
  • Each finalist/winner will receive an appropriate logo of achievement to display on their website.
  • All finalists will be involved in our PR campaign with the Irish Times and press releases going out to all appropriate national and local publications.
  • A brilliant marketing opportunity with plenty of ways to promote your achievement.
